In light of the global pandemic and keeping in mind the California fires for orders shipped from CA, Audio Visual Solutions Group does not and cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates for ground shipping - no matter the carrier ( FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc ). Even before these unprecedented events, ground shipping delivery dates have not been guaranteed, only estimated delivery dates.
International orders: Customer is responsible for shipping costs and duties.

Expedited shipping cost can range from $35-$200 depending on the size/weight of order.
Customers may return items that are complete and like new for any reason within 15 days ( if after 15 days a 5% restocking fee will apply, regardless if product packaging is unopened ). Some exclusions apply. Original packaging is required to return an item.

Please call if your item was shipped by freight carrier, was shipped direct from the manufacturer, or involves a defective product.
Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories & manuals.
To protect products in shipping, Audio Visual Solutions over-boxes most products.
Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.
You will receive a return shipping label along with shipping instructions via email.
Remove or completely cover original shipping labels and securely tape the return shipping label to the package.
We often use FedEx or UPS for return shipments. Both providers have convenient locations nationwide.
